| Tufts Veterinary Emergency Treatment & Specialties (Tufts VETS) is a 24-hour, specialty and emergency hospital located in Walpole, Massachusetts. We are recruiting an additional Emergency Veterinarian to join our practice. Join us – in a position that offers you the opportunity to care for critical care patients as well as urgent care ones, to interface with a range of specialists and to engage in teaching / mentoring of interns and veterinary students. Our 25,000-square foot hospital provides a large ICU, digital radiography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, endoscopy, a blood bank, and two surgery suites and we are growing! Tufts VETS has 15 board-certified specialists in internal medicine, emergency and critical care, surgery, anesthesiology, diagnostic imaging, ophthalmology, dermatology, cardiology and oncology. Additionally, we have 6 post-graduate trained emergency doctors, and 5 rotating interns. We maintain a strong affiliation with Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. A strong work ethic and a willingness to bring a collegial attitude are welcomed. VECCS Level I Facility. The ideal candidate would be internship-trained with emergency experience, bring a collegial attitude and a desire to evolve clinical skills.
