Jefferson Park Veterinary Clinic in West Sacramento, CA is a very high quality privately owned 1.5 veterinarian small animal practice. Owner is an experienced clinician and Board Certified Clinical Pathologist.  Our hospital is very well equipped with MyLab color doppler ultrasound, EKG machine, full compliment of anesthesia monitoring equipment (BP, ETCO2, SpO2, EKG, BT), digital dental radiography, oxygen cage, electrocautery & suction, endoscopes and full in-house lab including PT/aPTT. Mobile board certified specialists regularly consult at the practice. Our staff of RVTs and assistants is top notch. The practice is 9 years old, growing with a very nice clientele and patient population.

Jefferson Park Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Full or Part-Time dedicated associate veterinarian who has completed a rotating small animal internship.  This is a unique opportunity to work in an exceptionally high quality practice with an experienced clinician and board certified clinical pathologist who has always considered herself as a "clinical" clinical pathologist.

We emphasize in-depth medical work-ups and complete compassionate patient care, client communication and follow-up.  Board certified specialists (radiologists, surgeons, cardiologist, oncologist), regularly consult at the practice.  Several 24/7 specialty/emergency practices and UCDavis VMTH are nearby for emergency coverage & referral.
