Chester Animal Clinic is looking for a Medical Director to join their growing three-doctor practice. We are looking for a natural leader who is ready to dig in and grow the practice to its full potential. You will work alongside the Practice Manager and have the creative freedom to bring in your style of leadership while influencing positive behavior and outcomes through training, development, and timely feedback in developing effective local teams.

Our practice has been caring for the pets in Chesterfield County since 1968. We are Fear Free Certified and well-equipped to provide high-quality care for patients. A facility renovation is coming in the next few months, with an additional surgical suite and new dental tables!
