About You

• You are highly skilled in all aspects of veterinary medicine
• Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities
• Able to lead a team with confidence and humility to support our emergency hospital staff of 70+ doctors and support team members
• Able to manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital and work with the
• Medical Director and Supervisory Team to ensure we provide the highest quality patient and client care possible.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Staff recruitment, scheduling and management
• Maintenance of the facility and hospital equipment
• Oversight of the customer experience including client complaint resolution
• Mentorship of supervisory team and staff
• Assist in the implementation of hospital policy and procedures to improve the client and patient experience
• Monitor and track hospital spending including inventory and payroll
• Maintains a flexible work schedule
