About You
You are highly skilled in all aspects of veterinary medicine
Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities
Able to lead a team with confidence and humility to support our emergency hospital staff of 70+ doctors and support team members
Able to manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital and work with the
Medical Director and Supervisory Team to ensure we provide the highest quality patient and client care possible.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Staff recruitment, scheduling and management
Maintenance of the facility and hospital equipment
Oversight of the customer experience including client complaint resolution
Mentorship of supervisory team and staff
Assist in the implementation of hospital policy and procedures to improve the client and patient experience
Monitor and track hospital spending including inventory and payroll
Maintains a flexible work schedule
