Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week plus every other Saturday).

We are seeking a highly experienced veterinarian excited by the opportunity to grow into leadership.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years small animal experience preferred.
Clinical Proficiency: Confidence in general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery is essential.
Licensing: DVM degree or equivalent and a Missouri veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain).
Mindset: A strong interest in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, compassionate approach with clients and colleagues. Interest in exotics or behavior medicine is a definite plus.
