Financial Highlights
- Base Salary: $140,000 base
- Production Bonus: Monthly production bonus with NO negative accrual
- Sign-On/Bonus Potential: Up to $40,000 in sign-on/bonus potential, plus relocation support and retention bonus.
- Partnership Opportunity: Clear pathway to hospital equity and leadership through Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), which currently includes more than 200 co-owning veterinarians.

- Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week plus every other Saturday).
- Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm; Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm; Sunday: Closed.

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years small animal experience preferred.
- Clinical Proficiency: Confidence in general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery is essential.
- Licensing: DVM degree or equivalent and a Missouri veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain).
- Mindset: A strong interest in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, compassionate approach with clients and colleagues. Interest in exotics or behavior medicine is a definite plus.
