About the Practice

We are a busy, well-established, single-location, non-corporate small animal practice serving dogs and cats exclusively. Our clinic is privately and women-owned and has an outstanding reputation in the community with a loyal client base.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a very competitive and comprehensive compensation package, including:

• Base salary starting at $105,000/year, with higher bases available DOE and schedule
• Production-based compensation and additional bonuses (paid monthly)
• No negative accrual
• $10,000 Signing/Relocation bonus
• Partnership/ownership potential (one owner planning to retire)

Facility & Support

• Excellent doctor-to-staff ratio (2–3 technicians per doctor)
• Multiple licensed and highly experienced RVTs
• Paperless practice
• 30-minute appointment times
• Each associate has 1–2 surgical mornings per week

Schedule

• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday (closed Sundays)
• Full-time = 4 days per week with a consistent schedule
• Flexible scheduling available
• 1–2 countywide emergency shifts per month
